*Available only on Sunday 9th May 2021. Order are to be placed via the Crown website and are to be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Order cutoff date is midday Friday 7th May 2021. Hamper can only be picked up or delivered on Sunday 9th May 2021. Hamper will be delivered on Sunday 9th May between 10am and 2pm. Where delivery is selected a delivery charge of $10.00 per delivery is charged at checkout. Delivery is available within a 25km radius from Southbank. Should no one be home for contactless delivery your hamper will be left in a safe place unless alcohol is part of the order. If no one is home to collect your order will be returned to Crown. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. Any changes to orders after the cut off time will incur a $10.00 surcharge. For any changes please contact 03 9292 6244 during 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. 24 hours’ notice must be provided for cancellation of orders to receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 24 hours from delivery day will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Patron placing and receiving the order must be 18+ of age. Photo ID needs to be presented upon contactless delivery. Crown practises responsible service of alcohol. In accordance with DHHS guidelines, Crown Events priority is the safety of guests and staff. No changes can be made to the menu. Crown Events reserves the right to change the menu at any given time and if an item is not available Crown Events will provide a suitable replacement. Crown Events maintains strict quality control of the highest standards and all meals are prepared in strict accordance with HACCP certification and Crown Events endeavors to use recyclable and compostable products.
